Traffic stop leads to drugs, male and female charged

Officers conducted a traffic stop and located drug paraphernalia within the vehicle on Saturday.

On January 17 around 3:30 am, members of East Division, were on proactive patrol in the area of Harmony Road North and Conlin Road East, in Oshawa.

During the search of the motor vehicle and occupants, officers located a quantity of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

An adult male and female have been charged under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act, police said without giving further details.
