Driving off-the-road can be thrilling, but what can an enthusiast do if one does not have access to an off-road vehicle?
This G2 speed junkie (above image supplied by police) thought they could use a Volkswagen car as a substitute.
The G2 driver took off at 105kmh in a 60-zone when the car was clocked by officers from the East Division of the Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS).
They reported that the incident happened at Concession Road 3 and Bragg Road in Bowmanville, in the Municipality of Clarington.
Not only was the car impounded for 14-days, and the driver’s licence suspended for 30-days, the police also ticked the motorist for:
- Fail to Stop for Police
- Careless Driving
- Speeding, and
- Stunt Driving
No further details were released.
