An investigation is underway after a 21-year-old female was sexually assaulted at a commercial business in Ajax yesterday.
On April 28, at about 2:10 am, the 21-year-old female was at her place of employment in the area of Harwood Avenue and Highway 2, in Ajax, when a male entered the store and ordered food. The male began a conversation with the female before entering the employee area and sexually assaulting her. The victim was able to break free and ran to a nearby establishment for assistance, police said.
The suspect is described as male, black, lighter complexion, 20 years, approximately 6’0″, slim build, wearing black pants, and walked with a limp.
