Riley Park Developments Inc. (Tribute Communities) has submitted a subdivision and zoning by-law amendment application to permit a 140-homes community development project in Clarington.
The subject lands (shown in map above) are located at 2350 Courtice Road in Courtice, said a Municipality of Clarington notice.
It said the developer proposes to build 50 single-detached dwellings, 24 semi-detached dwellings, and 66 townhouse dwellings.
The plan includes future development adjacent to Courtice Road.
The applications have been deemed complete.
The municipality had called a public meeting on Monday, March 6, to obtain feedback.
