Male, female held with stolen cars, freed on undertaking

A male and female are in custody after a stolen vehicle investigation located several stolen vehicles in Pickering.

In late December, investigators received information about a stolen vehicle believed to be on a residential property in Pickering.

Members of the West Division Criminal Investigations Branch, Auto Theft Unit, and Community Response Unit executed a search warrant and located several stolen and re-vinned vehicles. A male and female suspect were taken into custody without incident.

A man from Pickering aged 50, and a woman aged 44, were released on an undertaking. Name and further details available at www.drps.ca.
