78 new homes proposed for development in Oshawa

The City of Oshawa has announced that it has received a development proposal. This will be coming to the Planning Act public meeting on Monday, March 3, for review.

D.G. Biddle & Associates Ltd. on behalf of Greycrest Homes (Oshawa) Inc. has submitted applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision at 671, 685, 699, 709 and 723 Conlin Road East in Oshawa. The proposal includes plans to develop 78 residential units consisting of:

  • 4 semi-detached dwellings
  • 74 street townhouse dwellings.

The city said residents can join the Planning Act public meeting online or in person on Monday, March 3, beginning at 6:30 pm to learn more about the proposed developments and share feedback. It will take place in Council Chamber, Oshawa City Hall, 50 Centre Street South.
