98-homes community planned for in Clarington

The Municipality of Clarington has announced that it has received an application for 98 residential units to be built in Courtice.

Riley Park Developments Inc. (Tribute Communities) has submitted draft plan of subdivision and rezoning applications to permit 98 residential units, said a municipal notice.

It said these include 65 single-detached dwellings, 12 semi-detached dwellings and 21 townhouse dwellings in a low-density block.

The site is located at 2212 Trulls Road, Courtice, on the west side of Trulls Road, north of Bloor Street.

There is another 524-unit community planned along Trulls Road in Courtice (see below).
