Durham police have arrested four individuals and seized significant quantities of drugs and cash following a month-long investigation in Beaverton in the Township of Brock.
According to police, on Wednesday, June 25, members of the North Division Criminal Investigative Branch, with assistance from the East Division Crime Team, Drug Enforcement Unit, and Gun and Gang Unit, concluded Project Temple, a nearly month-long drug investigation.
The investigation led to the execution of three search warrants at residences in Beaverton and Thornhill, resulting in the arrests.
During the searches, police seized:
- Over 100 grams of fentanyl
- 550 grams of cocaine
- 850 grams of methamphetamine
- About $130,000 in cash
A 27-year-old man from Thornhill, and a 35-year-old woman, a 34-year-old man, and a 51-year-old woman, all three from Beaverton, have all been charged held for a bail hearing. Name and further details available at www.drps.ca.
