A proposal has been submitted to the City of Oshawa to redevelop 390 Ritson Road North into a mechanical car wash.
According to the city, the application was filed by Batory Urban Planning and Project Management on behalf of MB Ritson Road Inc. Limited. The plan requires an amendment to Zoning By-law 60-94 to rezone the property from its current GI/SI-A (General Industrial/Select Industrial) designation to a site-specific GI/SI-A zone that would allow a car wash with certain performance standard changes, including a reduced exterior side yard depth.
The property is also subject to a related Site Plan Approval application.
City staff say additional information about the proposal is available through Oshawa’s Economic and Development Services Department at City Hall. The application has been deemed complete.
