To support local restaurants as they continue to navigate the impacts and restrictions of Covid-19, the Town of Ajax is re-introducing the fast-tracked Temporary Patio Permit Program.
As in 2020, the program features no application fee and a quick turnaround to enable restaurants to expand their patios quickly and cost effectively, said a town statement.

For restaurants that obtained a Temporary Patio Permit in 2020 and are not proposing changes to their patio area, contact PlanningServices@ajax.ca to apply for a permit extension.
