Break-and-Enter suspect released on undertaking

Durham Police yesterday said a 44-year-old male has been arrested after a break in at a commercial premise in Oshawa.

On June 9 at approximately 7:46 am, members of Central East Division were dispatched to a break in at a business at 200 John Street West in Oshawa. Officers located a broken window and other evidence at the scene. Officers searched the premise for the suspect(s) with negative results. Officers secured the property and later located the suspect nearby. He was arrested and faces charges in relation to this break-in, said a police statement

The suspect of No Fixed Address is facing numerous charges including: Break and Enter – Commit Business and Possess Break-In Instrument.

He was released on an Undertaking.

  1. And we will continue to watch what happens normally in places like oshawa when people do these kind of actions we will see that history will repeat itself as usual.
    I wonder who did the undertaking? We can only hope those who did the undertaking will be watching the particular individual to make sure history doesn’t repeat itself so other people don’t suffer for
