The City of Oshawa is commissioning a new public artwork for the forthcoming Downtown Urban Square, located at the intersection of Bond Street East and Simcoe Street North in the heart of downtown Oshawa.
The Public Art Open House is at Arts Resource Centre (45 Queen Street), in Downtown Oshawa Urban Square on Wednesday, June 12 at 7 pm.
The open house is an opportunity for the public to learn more about the city’s Public Art Master Plan and provide input related to the forthcoming Downtown Oshawa Urban Square public artwork.
Staff will facilitate group discussions, allowing participants to share their feedback and vision for art at this location, said a city statement.
