Bear is scheduled for his next leg fitting in October, and will be available for adoption shortly after. Bear will require a home with limited stairs, no small animals, no small children, and a large fenced yard. Stay tuned at pickering.ca/petadoption to view Bear when available.
Pickering Animal Services always welcomes donations to help animals in need. Donations help to fund special needs, such as the costs of Bear’s prosthetic, and a new Animal Shelter. Donations can be made online, mailed in, or dropped off at the shelter.
