Elexicon Energy yesterday said some of its customers in Ajax were without power for a while after a truck connected with overhead powerlines.
Crews are on scene in southern part of the Town of Ajax working to restore power after a dump truck made contact with our powerlines, said Elexicon in a tweet.
The power restoration work requires the replacement of poles and will take some time to repair, it said.
Elexicon said the outage due to the vehicle accident affected Finley south of Bayly.
