GO train attacker from Clarington arrested in Toronto

The man from Clarington, wanted by Durham Police for assaulting two women on the GO train in Pickering, has been arrested in Toronto.

On Saturday, November 16, 2024 the suspect was arrested by Toronto Police Service and held for bail. Upon his disposition of charges in Toronto, Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) will proceed with its arrest warrant, said a statement.

It did not say what charges the suspect is facing in Toronto.

DRPS has a warrant for the male’s arrest, for: Assault Cause Bodily Harm; Assault; Theft Under $5000 and Fail to Comply with Probation Order x3.
