Help find suspect wanted in Break-and-Enter theft of electronics

Durham Police investigators are looking to identify a suspect involved in a break-and-enter and electronics theft.

On September 24, an unknown individual broke into the garage of a residence in the area of Salt Drive and Shoal Point Road in Ajax.

The suspect stole some $100,000 worth of electronics that were stored in the garage for the victims business. The suspect fled the area in what is believed to be a silver 2017-2019 Ford Escape, said a police statement.

The suspect can be described as wearing: a surgical face mask, dark coloured hoodie, light coloured pants, and dark coloured shoes with light laces.
