Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) today said the missing 53-year-old male from Oshawa has been safely located.
“Thank you to everyone for their assistance,” it said.
Durham Police was searching for a missing vulnerable male, and had appealed for help from the public.
Police earlier said a ’51-year-old’ male who was last seen in March 2023 in the downtown Oshawa area.
He was described as male, White, approximately 5’8, 165lbs, with grey hair. Douglas may be in Whitby, and there were concerns for his well-being, said a police statement.
