Help police find man wanted in sexual assault case

Durham Police investigators from the Special Victims Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an unknown male in a sexual assault investigation.

On June 17 at around 8:30 pm, the complainant was in the female change-room at the McLean Community Centre located at 95 Magill Drive in Ajax when an unknown male approached her.

The male spoke to the female and then touched her inappropriately. The complainant left the change room and went to the lifeguard for assistance. The male then left the area, said a police report.

The suspect is described as Male, Black, 18-20 years old, 5’9” tall, thin build with black hair. He was wearing a light-coloured T-shirt and grey sweatpants.
