Durham Police are appealing to the public to help in the search for two suspects responsible for three separate two break-and-enters in Oshawa and Whitby.
Police are looking for the suspect of two break-and-enters that occurred in Oshawa last December 25 at about 12 pm (top image).
Members of Central West Division responded to two break-and-enter calls at the Crave Doughnuts located at 1115 Wentworth Street West in Oshawa and Frantastic Events located at 1143 Wentworth Street West in Oshawa. A male suspect had broken into both businesses sometime between 3 am and 6 am, that morning. The suspect stole a large amount of cash and fled the area, police said.
The suspect is described as: male, wearing a black sweater, red bandana, green pants, and green and tan shoes.

He hid in hockey arena to steal
Police are searching for a male suspect after a break-and-enter at the Iroquois Arena Hockey Pro Shop in Whitby.
On November 25, members of Central West Division responded to a break-and-enter call at the Hockey Pro Shop located inside the Iroquois Park Arena at 500 Victoria Street West in Whitby.
On the evening of Friday, November 24, a male attended the Pro Hockey Shop at the Iroquois Arena and hid inside until after it was closed. At about 2:45 am, the male came out of hiding and stole various items before forcefully breaking out of the arena.
The suspect is described as: male, White, with a shaved head, glasses, and scruffy facial hair. He was wearing a grey parka, plaid shirt, with dark-coloured pants, and dark shoes. His image is available at www.drps.ca.
