Durham Police arrested a 34-year-old male driver who fled from a K-9 Unit early yesterday morning in Oshawa.

On Tuesday, at about 3:00 am, a member of the K-9 Unit attempted to pull over a suspected impaired driver in the area of Ritson Road and King Street East in Oshawa. K-9 Rogue was deployed by his handler in an attempt to prevent the escape of the subject. The male suspect was arrested and suffered minor injuries.
