Man identified and held for indecent act in public

Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) have identified a man who was seen masturbating in public early this month.

“In early July, members of North Division responded to the area of Coral Creek Crescent and Reach Street in Uxbridge for a male masturbating in public,” said an alert from DRPS North Division on Tuesday.

It said the male was later identified and charged with: Commit Indecent Act in a Public Place. He was held for a bail hearing.

Investigators believe this to be an isolated incident.
