Man walks into hospital with stab wound

Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) yesterday said officers were called in after a man walked into a hospital with a stab wound.

Members of DRPS Central East Division [which covers Oshawa], responded to a stabbing after a 60-year old male victim walked into a local hospital with a stab wound, said a police tweet.

A male in his 50s was arrested and faces charges, police said.

They said the stabbing incident took place at an apartment on Simcoe Street after an altercation between the two men at about 5 pm.
