Farsight Investment Limited has submitted applications for red-line amendments to a Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision and Rezoning.
These concern a housing development at 1700 Lambs Road in Bowmanville (see map below), according to Clarington Municipality.
The amendment would increase the number of residential lots by six, including four additional single-detached dwellings and two additional townhouse dwellings. The proposed additional units are in the southwest area of the plan.
The red-line revisions also include widening of Streets D and E.
Draft approval for Plan of Subdivision S-C-2005-0002 was originally issued in 2010 and amended in 2018. The applications are deemed complete.
