The MTC Factory Outlet (MTC) celebrated its official grand opening at 314 Bennett Road in Bowmanville on September 23. The Canadian-owned and operated business has expanded since opening in Whitby in 2006.
A Clarington statement said the business moved their facility to Bowmanville to have better access to Southern Ontario’s eastern markets. The 10,000 square foot facility employs over 140 employees. “We are happy to welcome them to Clarington.”
MTC receives truckloads of retail returns/cancelled orders weekly and inspects all units on site. Many of MTC’s refurbished electronics and appliances are brand new with only minor cosmetic blemishes.
MTC Factory Outlet offers a free 2 year warranty on TVs and a free 3 year warranty on major appliances.
