New image of woman found dead in Ajax released

Durham Police investigators have released an updated image as they continue to seek the identity of an unidentified female who was located deceased in Ajax on the Lake Ontario shoreline.

On March 1 investigators received a facial approximation created by the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service and the Ontario Provincial Police of the deceased female, said a police statement.

The female is described as Black, shoulder length black hair in braids. The victim has vitiligo skin pigmentation on her face. She was wearing a black sweater vest, red jacket, black socks with a green pattern and black gloves with snowflakes on them.

Attached is a facial approximation of the female victim.
