- Snow Clearing Operations: Vehicles parked on city streets during snow clearing operations may be ticketed or towed, regardless of the time of day.
- Occasional Use Parking Permits (OUPP): These permits are not valid during snow clearing operations.
The city is encouraging residents to plan accordingly and to avoid parking on streets during restricted hours to ensure smooth snow removal operations.
