Durham Paramedics (CUPE) have issued a call for action after two separate incidents when attending personnel were spat upon.
Two of our members were spat on in two separate incidents in last 48 hours, said a Durham Paramedics (CUPE) tweet.
“It’s completely unacceptable. The assaults on our Paramedics this year have been disgusting, saying #zerotolerance means nothing. We need action!” the tweet said.
