His crimes catch up with serial break-and-enter suspect

Durham Police said a male is facing charges after multiple break-and-enters at businesses across Clarington.

Between April and May, members of East Division responded to multiple break-and-enter calls at businesses located across Clarington. A male suspect broke into the businesses overnight, stealing numerous items, including cash, iPad tablets and a cell phone.

On Thursday, June 20, members of the East Division Criminal Investigations Branch completed an investigation into the multiple break-and-enters that occurred throughout the Clarington area. A suspect was identified and taken into custody without incident.

The suspect, age 26 from Bowmanville, was charged and released on an undertaking. Name and further details available at www.drps.ca.
