Six charges of indecent act man let go on undertaking

A 29-year-old Beaverton man has been arrested and charged with six counts of Indecent Act stemming from an incident in Oshawa.

On October 7 at about 5 pm, a group of young females were outside near Wecker Drive and Madawaska Avenue, when a male in a black sedan pulled up beside them and committed an indecent act. The young girls ran away and told a neighbour, said a police statement.

The police were notified after the incident occurred and have been able to locate and charge the accused. Investigators want to ensure there are no other victims.
