A 28-year-old Oshawa male has been charged with sexual assault.
Members of Central West Division Criminal Investigations Bureau commenced an investigation in Oshawa after a female student enrolled in an esthetics and spa management program came forward to report that a male who had registered for spa services with her and touched her inappropriately. The suspect was not known to her.
Durham Police investigators arrested and charged the man and released him on an Undertaking.
