Two more arrested for Clarington couple’s murder

Durham Police have arrested and charged two more males in the deaths of a married Bowmanville couple.

On February 4, 2023, at about 12:45 am, three masked suspects, who were armed, arrived at an address on Crombie Street in Bowmanville. The suspects entered the residence and shot both victims multiple times at close range. Both victims died instantly. The wife was six months pregnant at the time of her murder.

The Durham Regional Police Service Homicide Unit has arrested two more parties responsible for the murders of Aram Kamel and Rafad Alzubaidy.

A 22-year old man from Oshawa, and a 37-year old male from Ajax are charged with First Degree Murder x2. Names, photos and further details available at www.drps.ca.
