Whitby man held for selling drugs in Oshawa

An investigation by the Central East Community Response Team (CRU) has resulted in cash and drugs being seized in Oshawa on Friday.

On August 5, members of the CRU Team concluded an investigation into a male who was trafficking drugs in downtown Oshawa. A Whitby male is now facing numerous charges as a result.

Following the arrest, a search warrant was executed at his residence on Hickory Street in Whitby. The arrest and the warrant combined resulted in the seizure of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Cocaine and Canadian currency.

The Whitby suspect is facing numerous drug related offences. He has been held for a bail hearing. Name and further details available at www.drps.ca.
