A woman has been charged after she crashed her vehicle with three firefighters who were assisting with a collision in Uxbridge.
Last November 16 at about 7:40 pm, members of North Division along with members of the Uxbridge Fire Department responded to a collision in the area of Wagg Road near Old Highway 47, involving a transport truck and pick-up truck.
While emergency crews were assisting with this collision, a Hyundai SUV lost control, hitting three firefighters and the driver of the transport truck, before crashing through a fence and into a tree, police said.
Investigators with the Collision Investigation Unit (CIU) have concluded their investigation and charged the driver of the Hyundai.
A 42-year-old female from Courtice is charged with: Careless Driving Cause Bodily Harm x3.
She was issued a court summons to attend Provincial Offences Court.
