36 townhouses, semis and singles planned for Beaverton

The Township of Brock has received applications for a development consisting of 36 residential units at 507 Sarah Street in Beaverton.

A public meeting will be held for a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application related to a subdivision and condominium application, as well as four consent applications. It also including application to rezone the subject lands to permit townhouses and semi-detached dwellings in addition to single detached dwellings.

The applications have been submitted to facilitate a residential development, consisting of 30 townhouses, two single detached dwellings and two semi-detached dwellings for a total of 36 units.

A hybrid public meeting will be held on May 25th at 6pm to present the proposed application and obtain comments from the public. It will be held in the council chambers at the township offices at 1 Cameron Street East in Cannington.
