38-year old arrested for selling drugs from his home

A 38-year-old man has been arrested in Clarington following a drug trafficking investigation, according to Durham Regional Police.

On Thursday, July 3, members of the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) executed a search warrant at the suspect’s residence under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA). Police say the investigation began after the man was suspected of selling drugs from his home.

During the search, officers seized a quantity of cocaine along with drug paraphernalia consistent with trafficking activity. The suspect was arrested outside his residence without incident.

A 38-year-old male of Clarington was charged and held for a bail hearing. Name and further details available at www.drps.ca.
