25-storey two tower project

Last September, Clarington held a meeting on a proposed 25-storey tower project at 10 Aspen Springs Drive in Bowmanville.

The proposal included one nine-storey mid-rise building and one 25-storey twin-tower mixed-use building. The project was to feature 607 residential units and some 625 square metres of ground-floor commercial space.

The Clarington Official Plan at that time allowed for a maximum height of 12-storeys.
