$1m in stolen LCBO goods seized, five held

A break-and-enter investigation netted five suspects and police seized approximately $ 1 million in stolen property, said Durham Police.

Investigators from the Central West Division Property Crimes Unit with the assistance of Central East Division Property Crime Unit, led an investigation into three separate break and enters at a LCBO warehouse in January of 2022.

The suspects stole alcohol and transportation equipment.

Investigators executed a search warrant at an Etobicoke warehouse and seized over $ 1 million in stolen property from businesses that had been victimized in the GTA, said a police statement.
