Kaos instructed to ‘Voice Out’ to the suspect

Durham Regional Police Service K-9 Unit was the forefront again, helping to nab a suspect who had been hiding.

PC Elkington and K9 Kaos teamed with officers from Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) Central East Division to locate a Break & Enter Suspect.

Kaos was instructed to ‘Voice Out’ to the perpetrator who was believed to still be in the residence.

The k-9 Unit said the suspect chose NOT to play Hide & Seek with Kaos and promptly surrendered!

One person was taken into custody.
