Two held as excavator, RV recovered, third suspect missing

Two suspects were arrested and another sought after investigators recovered a stolen excavator and mobile home that were stolen in Uxbridge.

Members of North Division Criminal Investigations Bureau investigated thefts of equipment in April and May of this year. Investigators executed a search warrant at an address on Uxbridge Concession Road 2. Police seized an excavator, construction tools and a RV with a value of approximately $100,000, said a police statement.

Police arrested two suspects during the execution of the search warrant and look for a third suspect.

One suspect from Uxbridge was charged and released on an undertaking. Another, also from Uxbridge, was charged and held for a bail hearing. Names and further details available at www.drps.ca.
