OPP Highway Safety Division yesterday said the transport truck drink driver has been charged with careless driving.
The driver crashed into a slowing truck on Highway 401 eastbound near Courtice Road at around 11:30pm Tuesday night. A third vehicle was damaged as it struck some of the debris.
Fortunately, the first truck driver suffered only minor injuries.
