Do not open message from mail@aloette.me

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is warning residents of a new email threat and has urged people not to open suspicious emails from unfamiliar sources.

“Unsolicited images of child sexual abuse are being sent to Ontarians. If you receive an email from mail@aloette.me, contact the police through their non-emergency number and DO NOT OPEN,” said an OPP tweet.

“Always exercise caution when opening emails received from unfamiliar/unusual accounts,” it added.
