Driving 150 kmh in a posted 80 zone

Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) officers caught yet another driver doing almost double the posted speed limit.

His licence was suspended and his vehicle impounded, police said.

A member of DRPS East Division stopped a 31-yr-old Sunderland male near Boundary Rd and Regional Rd 57.

He was caught on radar driving 150 kmh in a posted 80 kmh zone.

“He faces stunt driving and speeding charges. 7 day licence suspension and 7 day impound for vehicle,” said a DRPS tweet.
