Help find masked men who robbed store at gunpoint

Durham Police are investigating after a gunpoint robbery took place at a grocery store Monday evening.

On August 7 at about 9:10 pm, members from Central West Division attended the Wild Fork located at 340 Taunton Road East, in Whitby for an armed robbery.

Three suspects entered the store, all wearing masks and gloves, and one was armed with a handgun. The suspects made a demand for cash and fled the area prior to police arrival. There were no reported physical injuries, said a police statement.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the event or have video footage, including dashcam, to please come forward.
