Drunk crashes during morning drive, taken off the roads

Perhaps believing anytime is a good time, a driver in Beaverton in  the Township of Brock, may have mistaken the morning rush hour for the happy hour.

However, they may have misjudged their driving abilities, and reportedly ended up in a collision. Attending stalwarts of the Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS), were not hesitant in offering their hospitality to the driver.

The person was offered a seat in the back of a cruiser.

“Driver involved in a single motor vehicle accident early this morning on Reg Road 15 in Beaverton,” said an alert at 8:03 am yesterday from DRPS North Division.

The driver was charged with impaired operation and exceed.

“If you drink and drive, we have a seat saved just for you,” police said.
