Man responsible for 40 break-and-enters caught

Durham Police said a 52-year-old male is facing 44 charges related to 40 incidents of storage locker break and enters.

From July to October 2021, the accused broke into storage facilities in Ajax and Whitby and stole various personal items. Investigators from the West and Central West Divisions Criminal Investigations Branch, Property Crime Units worked diligently to solve 40 incidents with this arrest, said a police statement.

Andreas Dobershutz of no fixed address, is charged with: Break and Enter x9, Break and Enter with Intent x33 and Mischief x2.He was released on an Undertaking.
