One charged in shooting that left man with life-altering injuries

Durham Police said a male is facing charges in relation to a shooting in Caesarea on July 6, that left a male with life-altering injuries.

On November 21, members of the North Division Criminal Investigations Branch, with the assistance of the Tactical Support Unit (TSU) and K9 Unit, executed a searched warrant at a residence in the area of Albion Road and Martin Grove Road, in Toronto. A male was located in the residence and taken into custody without incident.

Two additional suspects, who are currently in custody at a Toronto detention centre, have also been identified, police said.

A 21-year-old male from Toronto was charged and held for a bail hearing. Name and further details available at www.drps.ca.
