Durham Police are investigating after multiple shots were fired on a residential street in Ajax on Saturday evening. There were no injuries reported.
On Saturday, July 3, at approximately 11:00 pm, members from West Division were dispatched to the area of Phillpott Lane in Ajax after a resident found damage to their vehicle from bullets. Police investigated and located several casings on the street. Police canvassed the area and found damage to a residence from a bullet.
Investigators also located damage to a home on Seggar Avenue from a bullet.
The suspect vehicle may be a dark-colored newer model Mazda.
