Snowmobile tree crash leads to air-lift rescue of woman rider

A 37-year-old female was reported to have sustained injuries as a result of a snowmobile collision in Clarington.

On Saturday, February 1, at about 10:35 am, members from East Division say they responded to reports of a collision on the snowmobile trails near 4145 Boundary Road.

A 37-year-old female was reported to be operating a snowmobile on the trail when she lost control and struck a tree. The female was air-lifted to a Toronto area trauma center for treatment of her injuries.
