This robbery suspect returned to store twice for…

Durham Police yesterday said a male suspect is sought after a convenience store robbery in Oshawa.

On Sunday, March 19 at about 3 am, a male suspect entered a convenience store in the area of Taunton Road East and Harmony Road North where he asked for cigarettes from the victim.

The suspect then grabbed the cigarettes and ran from the store. The suspect returned and demanded more cigarettes. When denied, the suspect threatened the victim with physical force. The suspect then fled from the scene, said a police statement.

There were no physical injuries reported at the time.

The suspect is described as male, White, approximately 30-years-old, 5’10 tall with a medium build.
