Three rob Pickering weed shop, hurt customer

Durham Police investigators are looking for suspects after the robbery of a cannabis dispensary in Pickering.

On Thursday, January 19, at about 8 pm, members of West Division were called to a cannabis dispensary on Brock Road for a commercial robbery. Three suspects entered the store and one brandished a knife. Two customers and one employee were in the store at the time of the robbery. The suspects stole a quantity of cannabis and cash. They fled to a nearby vehicle and left the area travelling eastbound on Bayly Street, said a police statement.

One customer received minor injuries and was treated at a local hospital.

The three suspects are described as:

Suspect #1: male, Black, wearing a black balaclava and gloves, black puffy jacket, black pants and black shoes with white soles.

Suspect #2: male, Black, wearing a black balaclava and gloves, black sweater, black shoes.

Suspect #3: male, Black, wearing a black bandana, sunglasses and gloves, black hooded sweatshirt, black track pants and black Jordan running shoes.
